TerraNovians may have more then one account that's an Elite Member or lower. However, this still restricts Staff from having more then one account that's a Staff account. For example, An Admin can't have a Moderator account and vice versa.

Global Group rules still apply, so this means Moderators (can make people members without apps) cannot promote their dual account to Elite Member. Admins (can make people emembers without apps) can, however.
